Study Room
If you're curious to see works from the Mead collection that aren't on view in the galleries, we encourage you to make an appointment to see them in the museum's William Green Study Room. Unlike most museums where study rooms are intended only for scholars, anyone can make an appointment to see works in the Mead study room.

The study room is open Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. year-round. Complete the form below to make an appointment, giving as much advance notice as possible (preferably two weeks).

Questions? Contact Mila Waldman, study room manager: (413) 542-2971, mwaldman@amherst.edu.

If you are a Five College faculty member planning a class visit, please see College Faculty.
