Mead Student Docent Program
The Mead Student Docent program trains students to lead tours, facilitate discussions, and design museum activities for the public through behind-the-scenes training from museum curators and staff.
Five College students from all class years and academic concentrations are welcome to join! Here's what you need to know:
- Docents volunteer 3 hours per week.
- Docents meet every Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Docents volunteer for a weekly 2-hour tour shift, compatible with class schedules.
- Docents work in teams - it’s a great way to make friends and learn together!
