The exhibition features works by American contemporary artists that have been acquired by the Mead Art Museum since 2002. Artists whose work is included in the exhibition are Dotty Attie, Hugo Bastidas, Natvar Bhavsar, Beverly Buchanan, William Christenberry, Petah Coyne, Elisa D’Arrigo, Phyllis Galembo, Alex Harris, Geoffrey Hendricks, Joe Jones, Wolf Kahn, Erica Lennard, Lloyd Martin, Michael Mazur, Duane Michals, Vik Muniz, Elizabeth Murray, William Noland, Helen Evans Ramsaran, Shuli Sadé, Frank Stella, Mary Weatherford, Joan Witek, Betty Woodman, and Michael Zide.
