Four new residence halls, just south of Merrill, provide housing for 296 students. Features include 110,000 total square feet; lounges on every floor; singles, doubles and four-person suites; bridges connecting buildings (including a rooftop deck); and incredible views.

With high-efficiency LED lighting throughout, the position and depth of dorm rooms will let students use sunlight most of the day.
The new residence halls will be surrounded by Greenway landscaping. New walkways will connect the dorms to campus, and outdoor spaces provide opportunities for recreation.
By offering students the physical spaces -- both inside and outside -- to host events and gather informally, the College believes it can take far better advantage of the enormous opportunities presented by residential life.

The new dorms feature a combination of singles, doubles and four-person suites. A great deal of flexibility has been built into the floor plans, with emphasis on shared spaces.
The connecting bridges between residence halls function as lounge spaces, both with full kitchens for student use. The spaces are modern yet welcoming and intended as gathering places for the entire complex.
