Bret Stephens will give a talk entitled "Obama and Foreign Policy: Soft Power in a Hard World" on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m., in Cole Assembly Room of Converse Hall. Stephens is the deputy editor of the editorial page for "The Wall Street Journal" and writes the journal's "Global View" column on foreign affairs. This talk is free and open to the public, as part of a series on the presidential election sponsored by the Colloquium on the American Founding and the Department of Political Science.
