"The Federal Budget and Why It Matters to You"

The Roosevelt Institute and Amherst College will be hosting a town hall discussion on the importance of the U.S. federal budget. We've invited Mattea Kramer '07, director of research at the National Priorities Project, to break down the federal budget, the consequences of sequestration and the possibility of an impending government shutdown and explain why it matters to all of us.
