Events & Calendars Jazz@Schwemm's: The Twenty-Three Quartet

The Fall Semester Jazz@Schwemm’s performance series ends with a performance by The Twenty-Three Quartet on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 9 p.m. at the Schwemm’s Backroom Coffeehouse. In addition, student jazz combos will perform starting at 10 p.m. Each performance is free and open to the public.

The series itself was a collaborative initiative of Alex Rodriguez ’07 and Professor Dominic Poccia (Biology), along with Bruce Diehl, director of jazz performance. The goals were to increase the jazz presence on campus and give students the chance to interact with performance as a backdrop to their other normal daily activities.
