During TWLOHA's semester intro meeting, we're challenging you to write a love letter to yourself. We will also share some different opportunities for how you can get involved with our mission on campus this semester. Bring a friend and/or look forward to making new ones!

Officially recognized in March 2012, the Amherst College chapter of To Write Love on Her Arms is a part of a network of chapters and a nonprofit organization that exists to provide hope and point to help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA also exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also invest directly into recovery and treatment.
