Events & Calendars The Hermenia T. Gardner Bi-Semester African-American Worship Series

Since 1993, the Hermenia T. Gardner Bi-Semester African-American Worship Series has offered Christian worship services rooted in the African-American tradition to the Amherst community. Timothy Jones '04, senior pastor of Community Baptist Church in New Haven, Conn., and the Bi-Semester Worship Series Fellow, will be the preacher.

The service features the Amherst College Gospel Choir, and a soul food reception follows. All are welcome!
