Join TWLOHA-Amherst, the Amherst College chapter of To Write Love on Her Arms, for its second annual benefit event, which includes a 5K run, a wellness fair and a concert with performances by Andrea Gibson, The DQ and The Vocal Few.

The 5K starts at 3 p.m. in the Waldorf/Plaza lot, the wellness fair begins at 4 p.m. in O'Connor Commons, and the show starts at 5 p.m.

Whether you are participating for our community, a friend, a family member, a loved one or yourself, our hope is that you will remember you are not alone and that your story is important. Our vision is that as a community we can come together to strengthen the conversation and make a change. Our vision is that everyone has something to be hopeful for.

To Write Love on Her Arms is a nonprofit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also invest directly into treatment and recovery.

TWLOHA-Amherst exists to be a voice of hope and inspiration, as well as to point to places of help on campus and in our community.
