Events & Calendars In Translation: An Evening with Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky

Renowned, prize-winning translators of Russian literary classics return to Amherst College to discuss their work and read from their most recent translations of 19th- and 20th-century works, from Dostoevsky to Pasternak and Tolstoy to Bulgakov. This event is part of the Georges Lurcy Lecture Series and is co-sponsored by Amherst's Departments of Russian and English, the Creative Writing Center and the Program in European Studies.
