Reading for Research Projects

June 13, 2014 - 10:00 am to 11:15 am (already occurred)
Frost Library, Lane Room

It can be easy to become overwhelmed by all the material you are gathering for a substantial research project. In this workshop, we will discuss and practice how to vary our reading strategies and speed, according to our own purposes for reading. We will also work on reading effectively and efficiently--rather than dutifully. Led by Kristen Brookes, writing center senior associate.
