Events & Calendars Veterans' Creative Writing Group--open to all

Are you interested in being part of a writing group at Amherst College, where you regularly share your writing? If so, consider joining the Veterans’ Creative Writing group, which has three Amherst College students who are military veterans at its core. The veterans are eager to share writing with vets and non-vets alike. Non-vets who are open to vets’ expressions, experiences and responses are encouraged to join. The group will meet once a week to consider a suggested topic, discuss new writing and to experiment with different types of creative writing. This will be a supportive community of writers that values original expression from all involved. We seek members who can commit to most of the meetings during fall semester.

Thursdays, 6:45-8:00 p.m. in the Writing Center.
