Events & Calendars Spanish Placement Exam

All students taking Spanish at Amherst College for the first time, regardless of prior knowledge or experience in the language, must take the Placement Exam on one of the following dates:

Friday, September 2: Barrett 105, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday, September 4: Chapin 204, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Monday, September 5: Merrill Science 401, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

The exam consists of two parts: a written section and an interview. You MUST complete both parts of the exam in order to be placed into and officially register for a course.
