Emily Nagoski will be holding space for two conversations on sexual pleasure after trauma. Topics will include communicating with your partner, the body’s response and ways to reduce stress and panic. The conversation is meant to be one that creates a path to healing and pleasure. All are welcome.

A Conversation for Survivors will be held on October 4 at 7:30 p.m. in Chapin Lounge (confidential space)

A Conversation for Friends, Partners and People who want to learn more will be held on October 5 at 7:30 p.m. in McCaffrey Room.

Emily Nagoski is the New York Times bestselling author of "Come As You Are: the surprising new science that will transform your sex life". She has a PhD in health behavior with a doctoral concentration in human sexuality from Indiana University (IU), and a master’s degree (also from IU) in counseling, with a clinical internship at the Kinsey Institute Sexual Health Clinic. She has taught graduate and undergraduate classes in human sexuality, relationships and communication, stress management, and sex education. For eight years, she was the inaugural director of wellness education at Smith College, before transitioning to be a full-time sex nerd, traveling the country, teaching college students, training professionals and learning every day.
