John Kelsay, distinguished research professor in the Department of Religion at Florida State University and author of "Arguing the Just War in Islam" (Harvard, 2007) will be giving a talk entitled, "Is ISIS Islamic?" The talk is sponsored by Steven Simon, the John J. McCloy Visiting Professor of History and author of "The Pragmatic Superpower: Winning the Cold War in the Middle East" (2016).
