Events & Calendars Stacey Cooney, Mark Uchneat and Ryan Willey: Artists' Talk and Reception

Join the Amherst College Library for a reception and talk by Amherst College staff members Stacey Cooney, Mark Uchneat and Ryan Willey, whose photographs are on exhibit at Frost Library's Mezzanine Gallery. Their exhibit, The World Thrice Viewed Through a Lens, showcases their unique approaches to capturing the world through a camera. Mark favors landscapes and the beauty of the night sky; Ryan the ability of black-and-white photography to capture luminosity; and Stacey rust, imperfection and impermanence. They will talk briefly about their work and answer questions from attendees. Refreshments will be provided.
