Stephen Darwall, the Andrew Downey Orrick Professor of Philosophy at Yale University, will give the 12th Amherst Lecture in Philosophy on Thursday, Oct. 12. The title of his talk is "What Are Moral Reasons?," and it is event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
