Events & Calendars Women of Amherst College Reception: Celebrating the Moms, Aunts, Sisters, and Friends

Join the Women’s and Gender Center for a celebration of the women in your life. Bring the care-takers that have contributed to your education and personal growth. We will celebrate all care-takers who identify as women, including transgender and cisgender women, and people who identify as women in addition to another identity. We will also celebrate the history of women at the College by sharing notable firsts. For those whose care-takers are not present, you can express your love and gratitude by creating a postcard or letter that the WGC will send on your behalf. Desserts and coffee will be served.
