Events & Calendars Hermenia T. Gardner Bi-Semester Christian Worship Service

Since 1993, the Hermenia T. Gardner Bi-Semester Christian Worship Series has provided Christian worship services rooted in the African-American tradition to the Amherst community. The Rev. Janae Pitts-Murdock, member and former chaplain of the Detroit and Memphis Alumnae Chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., will be the preacher. The service also features the Amherst College Gospel Choir, Resurrect. A soul food reception immediately follows. All are welcome!
