Grit helps us persist in the face of challenges and is a significant predictor of personal and professional success. Resilience helps us recover from difficulties and is vital to mental health and well-being. This workshop will provide you with a toolbox of specific practices to help you navigate life’s challenges and connect with the things that matter most to you. Students, staff and faculty welcome.
