Travelers’ Insurance Operations Leadership Development Program (IOLDP) is a challenging, multi-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of future leaders. Participants experience a diverse set of assignments across the enterprise while strengthening business acumen and leadership skills. Focus areas include: Data Analytics, Digital Enablement, Technology, Workforce Optimization, Operational Effectiveness, Field Management, Market Research/ Development, Organizational Development, Product and Underwriting Support or Risk Management.
Participants will have opportunities to relocate across the country (from Hartford, CT, Richardson, TX, Alpharetta, GA, Denver, CO, to other field offices) while leading projects, developing teams, and gaining management experience. Travelers invests in participants by providing professional development, senior leadership mentoring, enterprise networking, as well as technical and on-the-job training. Ultimately, IOLDP participants land themselves impactful operations roles, joining a diverse group of alumni and leaders across the organization.
