Chapin Hall, Pemberton Lounge

In this highly interactive workshop, facilitated by Peter McLean, we will explore how our culture helps and hurts our abilities as men to access feelings, talk about emotions and seek resources to support ourselves in our journey of mental health. Participants will learn strategies to identify their feelings, explore where those feelings might be stemming from, and to identify positive pathways forward. This workshop is primarily for male identified students looking to learn how to support themselves and others in creating a healthier mental landscape on campus, in their families, and in their lives beyond Amherst College.
Sponsored by the Counseling Center.
