The L&D Team invites you to focus on your wellbeing with Jessica Gifford.

Living through ongoing stress (pandemic, social injustices, work and family issues to name a few) takes a physical and emotional toll that can leave us feeling exhausted. At the same time, many of us are managing new and heightened expectations and responsibilities. In this workshop you will identify factors that are draining you and learn five evidence-based practices that nourish the spirit, affirm your humanity, and replenish energy. This session is highly experiential and interactive.

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn effective practices to help sustain you through difficult times.
