Join the conversation with psychiatrists Dr. Ken Duckworth, Dr. Greg Harris and psychologist, Dr. Alan Cusher to learn about these issues and resources accessible to you and your family.

Mindfulness Tune Ups, 15-minute slots under the RSL canopy on Main Quad

Having a tough time staying in the moment? Thoughts or worries taking up too much space? Or just want to enjoy the simple things more? Stop by for a brief coaching session on personally tailored mindfulness tools. Sessions will include conversation and guided meditation, and participants will be given resources to practice on their own. Please come ready to share about an aspect of your daily life in which you'd like to be more present and grounded. Financial Aid Support for Faculty and Staff with High School or College-Aged Children

The Financial Aid Office will be offering a workshop designed to provide general information and helpful advice about the financial aid application process. Michael Ellison, Associate Dean of Admission and Financial Aid Outreach, will host the program. All Amherst faculty or staff who have high school-aged children/family are invited to participate.
