Join the Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect for the Five College Clothesline Project Display on Friday, October 16, from 9 AM-5 PM (rain date: Oct. 23) on the green between Williston Hall and the Octagon.
The Clothesline Project is a part of a national project to break the silence around sexual violence by providing space for people to create shirts that give voice to personal experience(s). The shirts are then hung shoulder to shoulder on a clothesline for public viewing. The 5-College Clothesline Project has over 800 shirts that have been created by survivors, as well as friends and family members of survivors.
We embrace the Clothesline as a healing and emotional tool for people of all genders. We recognize this project can be a crucial and much needed part of an individual healing process. We also recognize that seeing the Clothesline can be difficult so we encourage you to take care of yourself. Resources, giveaways, activities, and refreshments provided.

This mixer will be a good opportunity for you to meet people from various affinity groups, as well as a chance for us to discuss the similarities and differences in our cultures.

Are you worried about how socially distanced learning is affecting your child with ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, autism or another learning difference? You’re not alone. School always presents unique challenges for students who learn and think differently. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it new obstacles for these kids and their parents. In this talk, author and parent coach Debbie Reber will share strategies to prioritize and plan in this new school landscape, as well as support your child’s cognitive and social/emotional needs while also tending to your own well-being, so you and your child can thrive. Stop by and pick a house plant, succulent or spider plant to have for your very own! Learn about how caring for a plant can help you care for yourself. Select a plant, pot it and learn how to take care of it! If you can't bring your plant home with you, we will be accepting them back in November to pass on to another student in the spring. Student are asked to practice social distancing at this event. This event is for students only.

Join the Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect for the Five College Clothesline Project on the green between Williston Hall and the Octagon.
The Clothesline Project is a part of a national project to break the silence around sexual violence by providing space for people to create shirts that give voice to personal experience(s). The shirts are then hung shoulder to shoulder on a clothesline for public viewing. The 5-College Clothesline Project has over 800 shirts that have been created by survivors, as well as friends and family members of survivors.
We embrace the Clothesline as a healing and emotional tool for people of all genders. We recognize this project can be a crucial and much needed part of an individual healing process. We also recognize that seeing the Clothesline can be difficult so we encourage you to take care of yourself. Resources, giveaways, activities, and refreshments provided.
