The OHR Learning & Development Team invites you to kick-start your day with invigorating, accessible movement as well as a few minutes of grounding meditation with Molly Kitchen. These workshops will set you up for a calm, focused day and provide you with practical mindfulness tools you can use and reuse any time. Schedule these breaks as a fun way to start your week, as well as to learn tips for keeping that energy alive each day.
The flu clinic, staffed by Walgreens trained health professionals, is available for all students as well as staff and faculty approved to work on campus.

Join us for in-person, socially-distanced prayer services to conclude Yom Kippur. We will start with a Yizkor service to honor deceased in our families and community. We will read and discuss the Book of Jonah. As the sun begins to set we will do the Neilah/Concluding Service. An affinity space hosted by the Queer Resource Center for students looking for an open space to talk to others who are exploring or questioning their gender, sexual, and/or romantic identities! Participants are encouraged to participate in the degree you feel comfortable (feel free to join without your camera, mic, and to communicate using the chat function).
