Get to know the PAs' self care routines and strategies, and learn about survivor support tips and resources! Every Wednesday on our instagram story, @amherst_pa, one of our very own PAs will be taking over the story to showcase their favorite self-care activities and tips, as well as highlighting survivor support resources! Get inspired by our go-to strategies, try out some new ways to treat yourself, and remember that the Amherst community is here for you!

The SHEs present Instagram Follower Giveaway! Follow the Student Health Educators on Instagram @ac_she for a chance to win some incredible prizes. The raffle starts Wednesday, Oct. 7, and closes Sunday, Oct. 11. Follow the instructions in our October 7 Insta Follower Giveaway post, and three winners--one on-campus, one remote and one first-year--will win a cozy care package, a light therapy lamp or an insulated water bottle with SHE stickers!
