The Met Gala: Bolt Magazine Interest and Launch Zoom Reception

It's the first Monday in May - the Met Gala - but because Vogue can't host it, we will! Please join us for a celebration of the launch of the first issue of Bolt Magazine, Amherst College's first fashion and arts magazine. Dress up, pick out a fun background, and self-supply a cookie. All students are welcome to attend, and we will be spending some time discussing the club for prospective students. Bolt was founded during the 2019-2020 school year to give an outlet to students interested in working on any aspect of a fashion magazine, please reach out to Dorothy Scarborough (dscarborough22@amherst.edu) or Sophie Caldwell (Scaldwell23@amherst.edu) to RSVP or to register interest in joining the magazine.

We welcome all students, faculty, staff, alumni and parents of Amherst College to participate! Help us lead a poetic life to overcome the difficult circumstances. We plan to compile all submissions into an anthology titled "Amherst Poetry in the Pandemic."
