The Daily Wellness Zoom will provide the Amherst community with an opportunity to engage in a 10 to 15-minute wellness activity to help reduce stress during this difficult time. The Zoom will be held daily at 12:00PM EST from March 23 to the 27 and is open to students, staff and faculty. You may join any day or every day using this link https://amherstcollege.zoom.us/j/953823346. We will practice a different stress-reduction strategy each day. Depending on the size of the group, participants may be invited to engage in conversation or chat, and you are also welcome to simply listen in.
