The HR Activities Committee invites you to participate in a daily morning motivator. Participants are welcome to share in conversation or choose to listen.
Are you happy to be able to have the ability to see people virtually when we can’t be together in person? Have you found yourself tackling a project that has been on the to-do list for a while now? Today’s conversation prompt: What are you thankful for?
Bring your examples to show off or get your stories ready to tell and join using the zoom link https://amherstcollege.zoom.us/j/923871314, or meeting ID 923-871-314.
The Daily Well provides an opportunity to gather each day at noon for a live zoom to engage in a different 15-minute wellness activity focused on reducing stress and improving wellbeing. You may join any day or every day at https://amherstcollege.zoom.us/j/969215732. Open to students, staff and faculty. You are welcome to engage in conversation or chat or simply listen in.
Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth (CTY) Summer Programs is hosting a virtual information session on Tuesday, March 31, at 7:00pm (EST). This is an excellent opportunity for participants to connect directly with CTY's academic team to learn more about the organization's Summer Programs, life on a CTY campus, and what specific positions are currently available.
CTY is working to ensure that staff and teaching professionals reflect the world in which we exist. The organization works to ensure that bright students have the chance to participate in challenging educational opportunities they won't experience anywhere else with people such as mentors, teachers, and peers who are also just as gifted.
