Care.com Webinar: How to Raise Kids to be Actively Anti-Racist

The Rev. Dr. Jennifer Harvey, award-winning author, educator, and activist, will offer guidance on how to have constructive, age-appropriate discussions with children about race and racism. Whether you’re a parent who wants to advance your family’s journey of anti-racisim activism, or someone looking to foster racial justice, you’ll leave this conversation with the knowledge and tools to educate children to be empowered, active allies in the ongoing fight against systemic racism in America.

Workplace Wellness - Full Body Tune Up

There’s a common saying in the movement world: “move it or lose it.” Yet modern life does not provide most of us with the quantity and variety of movement our bodies need to stay healthy and resilient. This workshop will teach you simple ways to fill in your movement “gaps” throughout your work day, focusing on joint mobility and common areas of discomfort. Think of it as a maintenance tune-up for your most important vehicle, your body!
