Massage Therapist Nanci Newton will be joining the Daily Wellness Zoom to give instruction on how to stretch and massage your hands and arms to avoid strain and promote relaxation and flexibility. The Daily Wellness Zoom is held each weekday at noon, and offers a different 15-minute wellness activity focused on reducing stress and improving wellbeing. You may join at Open to students, staff and faculty. You are welcome to engage in conversation or chat, or simply listen in.
