Laughter yoga instructor Robert Rivest will lead participants in short exercises to promote health and well-being. Each Wednesday and Friday Wellness Zoom will provide a different 15-minute wellness activity focused on reducing stress and improving well-being. You may join at Open to students, staff and faculty. You are welcome to engage in conversation or chat, or simply listen in.
