Throughout history people have turned to spiritual practices to sustain them through difficult times. This month's topic is Praying the Hours. We will explore how to integrate prayer into the rhythms of our daily life, praying when we awake, prayer at meals, prayer in the comings and goings of the day, and prayer before we sleep. In this workshop we will both learn about prayers that have been prayed throughout the centuries, as well as create prayers for our own current life circumstances.
