It may look different this year--but we hope that sleep week helps you improve your sleep and gain all the benefits of good sleep. Health Education and the Student Health Educators are partnering on sleep week! Check out our signs around campus for the QR code links to some great information on trauma and sleep, aps that will help you improve your sleep, how to nap better and substances and sleep. Click on the QR code on sign number 8 to enter our raffle to win some great prizes that will help you sleep better including essential oils, weighted blankets and outdoor exercise care packages.
