You've accepted an offer for an internship this summer, now you need a plan to take care of yourself while completing it and maximizing the experience. This workshop will cover important topics to consider when preparing for the summer, including finding housing, budgeting for necessities, planning ahead for emergencies, and onboarding at your internship site. Participants will walk away with the beginnings of a concrete strategy for a successful summer. While not a requirement, all students who are seeking funding through the Charles Hamilton Houston Internship Program are strongly encouraged to attend.
