A drop-in wellness class consisting of stress relieving techniques, movement, centering practices and self-reflection. Participants will learn a simple 5-minute meditation for clarity and de-stressing, mindful movement to help feel refreshed, as well as Ayurvedic nutritional wisdom for the winter months. All Amherst College community members are welcome.
