LitWorld’s mission is to strengthen kids and communities through the power of stories -- and the organization is currently seeking remote interns interested in engaging opportunities to experience the inner-workings of an entrepreneurial nonprofit leading educational programs and campaigns across the U.S. and around the world.
LitWorld (litworld.org) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works with a broad coalition of national and international partners to ensure that young people worldwide can experience the joy and transformation of reading, writing, and storytelling. Successful internship candidates will have a passion for LitWorld's mission, strong writing, communication, and research skills, and above all, a "can do" spirit and interest in pitching in on a variety of projects, from planning, developing and critiquing the current library of program curriculum. Interns will receive dynamic training and support in all of these areas and gain an inside perspective on a nonprofit organization that works closely with children, families, community-based organizations, and strategic partners, serving under-resourced populations around the world.
Students across all class years and majors are welcome to attend to learn more about this opportunity!
