Summer Analysts and Consultants work within a team of highly-qualified Consultants to deliver real performance improvement solutions to healthcare systems. Along the way, Summer Analysts and Consultants are paired with supervisors and mentors to guide professional development through the program, and they gain valuable exposure to various areas such as analytics, supply chain, workforce management, clinical variation and shared services.
