What comes to your mind when you hear "Ukraine"? On Feb. 24, 2022, the whole world turned its attention to the violent invasion of Russian troops into this country. Since then, Ukraine has been at the center of global attention. But how much do we know about it beyond this war?

Prepared by Amherst students who call Ukraine their home, this photo exhibition aims to unfold the mysteries of Ukrainian national identity to provide the public with a better understanding of one of the most significant war conflicts in today's history. Come to see more than 60 photos from eight different regions of Ukraine, hear the stories of your peers, and reveal the true heart of Ukraine.

Refreshments from Black Sheep and Ukrainian souvenirs will be provided.
