Join us Monday, March 4 for the annual Sleep Fair in Lewis Sebring (Val Dining Hall) between 5:30-8 PM! 

Stations at the event will be hosted by a range of campus groups will feature different resources, strategies, activities and giveaways related to promote sleep.  Sleep is an essential part of student wellbeing and success.  To reflect our shared commitment, tables will be hosted Residential Engagement & Wellbeing, Student Health Educators, Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect, Health Services, Resource & Program Assistants. Center for Restorative Practices, Frost Library, Center for Counseling & Mental Health and the Wellness Team, Accessibility Services, Book & Plow Farm, and Dining Services, ACEMS, Office of Sustainability, Student Engagement & Leadership, Office of Identity & Cultural Resources, and more!  For every table you stop at, you get a raffle ticket to enter into our MANY raffles for sleep-related prizes! Light refreshments provided.
