Redstone is a social impact consulting firm working to solve the world’s most urgent social problems. It partners with the world’s leading social impact organizations to address pressing issues across our core practice areas: Climate, Democracy, Economic Equity, Education, Environment, Health, and Human Services. Redstone clients are foundations, nonprofits, governments, impact investors, and partnerships—all of whom share the ambition to make system-wide change.

In past projects, Redstone has assisted some of the largest conservation financing deals in the world; helped the International Planned Parenthood Federation double the number of annual services provided; supported an ambitious partnership to improve healthcare for people experiencing homelessness in NYC; and strategized for a leading democracy funder seeking to increase the political power of communities of color through electoral reform. Redstone is small by design, which means all consultants play key roles on small project teams—fostering a work environment where collaboration, community, and acceptance are encouraged, and placing an emphasis on professional development and mentorship.

Redstone consultants are challenged daily, and rapidly learn skills that are transferrable to a broad array of fields. Redstone alumni have excelled at leading social impact organizations, and they have gone on to pursue graduate programs at Harvard, Stanford, Yale, and more. Across all projects and teams, we believe diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice are essential to succeeding in our mission.
