Current students interested in learning more about Bain's DE&I initiatives are invited to gather with Amherst alums at Bain for this mixer event to learn more about the following employee affinity groups and other resources at the firm:

AAB (Asians at Bain) AAB's vision is to create a tightknit community that provides the support, resources, mentorship, and connectivity required to attract talented Asian professionals and ensure they thrive in long-term careers at Bain.

BABs (Blacks at Bain) BABs is dedicated to the recruitment, professional development, and retention of Black professionals at the firm.

Pride At Bain, we realize that LGBTQ employees have unique needs. That's why we created Pride, the LGBTQ network at Bain, almost two decades ago.

First at Bain (First Gen, Low Income) This is the newest affinity group created for members who were first in their family to go to college, do not have a four-year college degree, or who identify with the experience of growing up in a lower socio-economic household. We provide tailored support including mentorship and programs that create pathways to help you find success at Bain.

Familia (Latinx at Bain) Familia’s vision is to make Bain the best career choice for Latino business talent. Familia has generated significant energy and momentum within Bain, and the group has been well received by the broader professional Latino community.
