For the beginning of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, share with the PAs the ways you're practicing self-care in this time. Share a self-care strategy or activity, share something that's made you smile, or share something you think will make someone else smile. The PAs will anonymously post all of the suggestions to social media, so everyone can practice some self-care #SAAMherst.
The HR Activities Committee invites you to participate in a daily morning motivator. Participants are welcome to share in conversation or choose to listen.
Do YOU know why the chicken crossed the road? Did you see something out of your window that cracked you up? Today’s conversation prompt: What is making you laugh?
Bring your examples to show off or get your stories ready to tell and join using the zoom link https://amherstcollege.zoom.us/j/923871314, or meeting ID 923-871-314.
The Wellness Zoom provides an opportunity to gather at noon for a live zoom to engage in a different 15-minute wellness activity focused on reducing stress and improving wellbeing. You may join at https://amherstcollege.zoom.us/j/969215732. Open to students, staff and faculty. You are welcome to engage in conversation or chat or simply listen in.
