Massage Therapist Nanci Newton will be joining the Daily Wellness Zoom to give instruction on how to stretch and massage your hands and arms to avoid strain and promote relaxation and flexibility. The Daily Wellness Zoom is held each weekday at noon, and offers a different 15-minute wellness activity focused on reducing stress and improving wellbeing.
