Your weekly exhale: Fridays, 12-12:30 p.m. on Zoom through Nov 20
A little bit of meditation. A little bit of conversation. A little bit of affirmation. Join us as we gather for presence, connection, and a deep exhale. Students, faculty, and staff welcome. Contact Harrison Blum, Director of Religious and Spiritual Life, for more info (hblum@amherst.edu).
It's been a long week. Pull up an Adirondack chair (or bring a blanket!) and join us on the quad as we relax, practice a bit of guided meditation, and listen to the acoustic sounds of first year Ry Bleckel and religious and spiritual life (RSL) director Harrison Blum as they pluck guitar strings under the falling leaves. Together, we'll begin to shed the week, and welcome the weekend. Find us by listening for guitars or looking for RSL lawn signs.
