Come learn why everyone deserves a healthy relationship with the Peer Advocates. Find us tabling in Val and Keefe this week.
All are welcome to the Common Table—a casual, drop-in time to share lunch and conversation on a topic of spirituality, belief or values.
Hosted by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life.
Whether you have meditated for a long time or have never meditated, come join us for this time of practice together. Come to relax, quiet your mind, learn how to experience less suffering and stress, explore Buddhist philosophy and psychology, or just talk about what it means to live from compassion and awareness or because you are curious. The group will be led by Buddhist Advisor Mark Hart.
Come fight the cold by making some homemade lip balm using natural ingredients and friendship! Mostly natural ingredients honestly, but there will also be awesome people and Insomnia cookies so come on by and have some fun!
Come join us for the last two Zumba classes for this semester taught by fellow student Alondra Saucedo Espinno ’22! Zumba is a fun, dance-based workout where rhythms we will be using include cumbia, salsa, dembow, reggaetón and many more! All levels of fitness are welcome!
Join the Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect and the Women’s and Gender Center for a relaxing night of journaling, creating personalized self-care kits, coloring, body-scrub making, cookies AND massages! Supplies and massages will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. All are welcome to attend!

The National College Health Assessemnt is a survey that collects data about students’ habits, behaviors, and perceptions on a variety of health topics. The survey is completely voluntary and confidential. The information helps us learn about student health and wellbeing and the results assist us in improving programming and informs our allocation of resources. This data will help us identify what is working and what we need to do better. Please search your email for NCHA and click the link to take the survey. The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete.
