Each Amherst College graduate can participate in one commencement ceremony, so if a 2023E participated in the May 2022 Commencement ceremony they are eligible to participate in the 2023E Celebration in December but not the May 2023 Commencement. If a 2023E participates in the 2023E Celebration and has never participated in a May Commencement ceremony they are eligible to participate in the May 2023 Commencement. For more information, please read the Policy on Walking in Commencement and contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@amherst.edu
All future student Commencement communications will be sent by e-mail to the Amherst College e-mail address account associated with the E graduate, even though the Es may have left campus. We ask that the Es continue to check their e-mail for upcoming events for the class, including:

After May, addresses should be updated by e-mailing the Alumni Office or by calling them at (413) 542-2313.
