How are dietary restrictions and accessibility needs handled?

The registration form will ask for any dietary or accessibility needs you may have. We communicate these needs to the catering staff and make every effort to ensure your needs are met. If we have any questions or need clarification on how we can best fill your needs, we will reach out via email. All accommodations will be kept confidential.

What should I wear?

Please, dress to your comfort level. Although there is no formal dress code, we kindly request that guests dress in attire for this special occasion. Please wear what you would to a family gathering for a special event.

When and where should I arrive?

This information will be included in your confirmation email upon registration. Please plan on arriving within 10-15 minutes of your scheduled dinner seating. Enter through the northern entrance on Spring St, across from Grace Episcopal Church. Signs will direct you to the appropriate entrance.

What if I registered, but can no longer attend?

Please notify events@amherst.edu as soon as possible and we will release your reservation. Establishing an accurate expectation of attendance is an important step in coordinating dinner needs with Inn on Boltwood.
